We met and married in six months, a lifetime together we still are so grateful for the day that it all began.......

Love at first sight is easy to understand; it's when two people have been looking at each other for a lifetime that it becomes a miracle.

Bob and I met while I was drawing blood from his uncle at St. Elizabeth Hospital, Beaumont, Texas.  We had gone to school with each other but had never met.   Bob looked in an annual while visiting a friend of his, not realizing who I was, he quickly discovered that I had graduated with his friends wife.  He asked her if she knew me. She said she did and gave him my phone number!

I got a call from Bob asking me if I remembered him from his uncle's hospital stay?   In all honesty I didn't, you have to realize I drew blood from 50 plus people per day.   We made plans to go out and so it was.  It was love at first site and we were married six months later on December 6, 1974.

This was an important day in Bob's life. You see this was the day ten years before that he killed his biggest deer!  He never has forgotten that day, and he will always remembers it without a problem.

We are both Pisces, he was born March 6, 1953 and I was born March 11, 1955. we are complete opposites. I guess that has come in handy in keeping our relationship strong. We have been married 32 years and counting and I know that by asking either one of us we are grateful that we met.  We count our lucky stars that day when we met.   Isn't it strange how fate works?

I guess all in all one would find us quite boring. We are homebodies. Love to watch TV especially when it's sports related. We are big time into basketball. We also watch football and any special events like the Olympics. The picture above was taken in Las Vegas. That is our favorite place to visit. We especially like it when we win!! LOL In between visits there we go to Kinder, Louisiana. It has a small casino there that is like a mini Las Vegas. All the comforts of home. And lots of slots. Don't worry, we are not addicts. We can take it or leave it without a problem. And we never take more money than we want to give away
